Library closing at noon; air conditioning woes continue

NATCHEZ — The Judge George W. Armstrong Library is closing at noon today because problems with air conditioning at the library continue.

The library reopened this morning after being closed because of electric power and air conditioning problems.

A library staffer said the decision was made to close the library early.
