ST. JOSEPH — Services for Ivan “Coach” Webb, 46, of Monroe, La., formerly of St. Joseph, who died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, in Monroe, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Tensas High School, 720 Plank Road, in St. Joseph, with the Rev. Stanley Armstrong of Houston officiating.
Burial will follow at the Panola Cemetery in St. Joseph under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 211 Mount Zion St., in Monroe.
Mr. Webb was born Dec. 19, 1968, in Ferriday, the son of Willie Webb Jr. and Evelyn Napeleon Webb.
He was owner and operator of Coach’s Bail Bonding in Monroe.
Mr. Webb was a graduate of Grambling State University, where he played football from 1986 to 1990.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two daughters, Bre’Anna Webb and Morgan Webb, both of Houston; one brother, Rod Webb of St. Joseph; one sister, Kimberly Webb of Lake Wales, Fla.; and a number of aunts, uncles and other relatives.
