FERRIDAY — Services for Albert Keith, Jr., 72, of Ferriday, who died Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, at Riverland Medical Center, will be at Dunbarton Baptist Church at 10 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Dennis Baker officiating.

Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Williana, La., under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. today at the church.

Mr. Keith was born on Dec. 29, 1943, in Ferriday, the son of Albert and Eunice Keith Sr.

He was a resident of Ferriday. He worked as a tool pusher and driller in the oilfield. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and anything outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Gene Keith; daughter, Natasha Keith; his parents; four brothers, Robert, Floyd, Jeff and Earl Keith; and three sisters, Betty Jo Keith, Linda Adams and Geraldine Shipley.

Survivors include his daughter, Trish Walsworth of Ferriday; son John Keith of Ferriday; grandchildren, Trey Keith of Bossier City, La., Aaron Keith of Natchez, Dylan Keith of Ferriday, Bella Walsworth, Shani Walsworth and Hunter Walsworth, all of Ferriday; three brothers, James Keith, William Keith and Jimmy Keith; and two sisters, Billy Jean Hagan and Odeal Edwards.

Pallbearers will be Trey Keith, Dylan Keith, Shane Walsworth, Shawn Kirkham, Jeffery Keith and Bubba Shipley.
