NATCHEZ — Funeral services for Mary White Gonnillini, 79, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016, at Cornerstone Hospital, in West Monroe, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Brewer officating.
Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time both at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gonnillini was born July 6, 1936, in Natchez, the daughter of Richard Alan and Rose Ella White.
She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church and taught Sunday School for a number of years. She was beautiful inside and out, served the Lord well and was very blessed.
Mrs. Gonnillini was in turn a blessing to so many people. The blessings she gave by letting Christ live through her will, last for many generations to come. Her grandchildren and others she will never meet, will know about Jesus because of her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Louis Edward Gonnillini; four brothers; and one granddaughter, Andrea Graves.
Survivors include one son, Don Gonnillini and wife, Stephanie, of West Monroe; three daugthers, Toni Rodrigue and husband, Neal, of Orlando, Fla.; Theresa Graves and husband, Randy, of Natchez and Gloria Gonnillini of Utica; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Gloria Traxler and Judy Cruse; two half-sisters, Jan Bastic and Joy Beattie; one half-brother, Jeff White; and a number of nieces and nephews.
