Ruby Nell Stegall

NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Ruby Nell Stegall, 92, of Vidalia, who died Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Pike Memorial Cemetery in McComb, with the Rev. Ralph Webber officiating under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Ruby was born Jan. 21, 1924 in Garsmill, La., the daughter of Hilton Hammons and Beatrice Hammons.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, David Kennedy; and four brothers, Jack Hammons, Claudell Hammons, Glenn Ray Hammons and Garvin Hammons.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, C.B. Stegall of Vidalia; sons, Jerry Kennedy and wife, Ann, of Wesson and Randy Kennedy of California; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Charles Woods, Bobby Woods, Haywood Whittley, Daryl Anderson, Ronnie Jones and Gregg Kennedy.
