FERRIDAY — Services for Carl D. Cain, 60, of Ferriday, who died Friday, Feb. 5, 2016, at Riverland Medical Center, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday with the Rev. Melton Rushing officiating.

Burial will follow at Oakley Cemetery in Wisner under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Cain was born March 9, 1955 in Natchez, the son of Jim and Ethel Bell Watson Cain.

Carl was an avid outdoorsman, and he loved to hunt and fish when he could. He was a carpenter by trade and loved his family. He will be missed by all that knew him.

Mr. Cain was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his brother, Howard Cain of Ferriday; sister, Fannie Jones Hancock and her husband Ronnie Hancock of Ben Toney.
