FERRIDAY — Services for Clara Lawrence Williams, 64, of Clayton, who died Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016, at her residence, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Harvest Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Greg Oliver officiating.

Burial will follow at New Light Cemetery in Foules, La., under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Williams was born March 28, 1951, in Foules, the daughter of Howard and Maelena Spears Lawrence.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Bertha Glasper.

Survivors include two sons, James Williams Jr. and wife, Leslie, of Ponchatoula, La., and Howard Williams of Clayton; three daughters, Rossano Williams of Fort Worth, Texas, Mary Williams of Clayton and Lela Williams of Flowood; two brothers, Phillip Spears of Clayton and Victor Reed of Sicily Island; three grandchildren, Natesha Harris and Howard Johnson of Clayton and Arionna Johnson of Flowood; and a number of other relatives and friends.
