NATCHEZ — Service for Gene Larry Pennington, 71, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 1 p.m. Thursday at The Pentecostals of the Miss Lou in Ferriday with the Rev. Gary Howington, the Rev. Jeremy Howington and the Rev. Shannon Pennington officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from noon until service time Thursday, both at the church.
