MEADVILLE — Services for Billy Earl Holley, 68, of Cranfield, who died Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at his residence, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel in Meadville with Dr. Dennis Johnsey officiating.

Burial will follow with military honors at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.

Mr. Holley was born Sept. 8, 1947, in Pulaski, Tenn., the son of Willie Holley and Gladys Fulton Holley.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served his country during the Vietnam War. He previously worked as a superintendent for the Blain Companies. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion and a member of the VFW.

Mr. Holley was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Tom Holley, Dick Holley and J.D. Holley; and four sisters, Evelyn Storey, Ethel Holley, Frances Shepard and Syvile Higgs.

Survivors include one son, Travis Holley of Cranfield and one sister, Linda Barnes and husband, Tom, of Fayetteville, Tenn.

Pallbearers will be John Hutton, Andrew Hutton, friends and family.
