NATCHEZ — Services for Charles Edward Davis, 63, of Altadena, Calif., who died Monday, June 20, 2016, in Los Angeles, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at United Baptist Church with the Rev. Dywon Lewis officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home in Natchez and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Davis was born Jan. 19, 1953, in Adams County, the son of Louis and Sarah Davis.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Johnny Davis.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Howard-Davis; his mother; four daughters, Tamieka Davis, Sarah Davis, Latrice Collins and husband, Alex, and Sonya Wilson and husband, Gary; one son, Charles Davis Jr.; four grandsons; two granddaughters; three sisters, Elsie Jameson and husband, Robert, Toni Hunt and husband, Eddie, and Rosemary Patterson and husband, Pat; four brothers, Robert Davis, Edward Davis and wife, Rena, Donald Davis and Glenn Davis and wife, Shelia; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
