WATERPROOF — Services for Emma Lee Bottley, 72, of Waterproof, who died Friday, July 1, 2016, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Myrtle Grove Baptist Church in Waterproof with the Rev. James Beverly officiating. 

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Bottley was born May 14, 1944, in Waterproof. She was a retired certified nurses assistant.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roosevelt Bottley; one grandson, Brian Bottley; and one brother, Rufus Lee.

Survivors include one daughter, CaSandra Bottley; one grandson, Jarrod Bottley; one brother, Monroe Lee; and two great-grandsons, Jeremiah and Jahez Bottley.
