Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bryan Quimby of Clayton and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pearson of St. Joseph announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Elizabeth Pearson to William Lee Logan Mason, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russ Mason of Clayton.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Huntington High School in Ferriday and a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of Tim and Nola Adams and Don Ater all of Ferriday and Loyd and Hallie Newman of Newellton, La.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Franklin Academy in Winnsboro, La. He is employed by Willie’s Fuel.

He is the grandson of Loma Douzat and Jerry and Shirley Sharp, all of Clayton, and Billy and Pam Mason of Sicily Island.

The wedding will be at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Frogmore Plantation in Frogmore.

A reception will immediately follow at Haney’s Big House in Ferriday.
