NATCHEZ — Kitty Smith, 87, of Vidalia, died Friday, Aug. 5, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie R. Smith.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Becky Smith of Duluth, Ga.; one granddaughter, Leslie Smith of New York City; and a number of loved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The immediate family will commemorate her passing in private, and any public memorial will be announced in the future.

In lieu of flowers or other signs of affection and support, a contribution may be made to any charity of choice.
