WISNER, La. — Graveside services for James H. Forman, 85, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2016, will be 10 a.m. today at South Central Cemetery in Wisner, La., with the Rev. Ken Ensminger officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Mr. Forman was born Sept. 5, 1930, in Fort Necessity, La., the son of Felix and Lorena Forman.

He worked as a teamster truck driver and was retired.

He dearly loved his family.

Mr. Forman was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Christine Goodman Forman; and nine sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Deborah Davis and husband, Glen, of Vidalia; two sons, Darrell Forman of Ferriday and Dewayne Forman of Dallas; four grandchildren, Heath Davis of Monroe, La., Christy Wilson, Tyler Forman and Amanda Forman, all of Clayton.
