- Submitted photo — Josh and Betty Whitley of Natchez celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a surprise reception hosted by their children and niece, Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016, at True Church of Jesus Christ in the fellowship hall. The couple has six children. They have 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. They were married Sept. 3, 1966, in Natchez.
