Keith Minor pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace.

Darius Fleming pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
Lucille Britt charged with false pretense. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Lucille Britt charged with possession of a deadly weapon. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Lucio Serrana charged with stalking. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Michael Carter charged with domestic violence. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Brandon Shoemake pleaded guilty to trespassing.
Kelvin Johnson charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury on each count.
Jessica Piazza pleaded guilty to prostitution.

Natchez Municipal Court Cases
Wednesday, Oct. 5
Roderick Brady, 26, found not guilty of DUI – other substance.
Katherine Foy, 33, found guilty of simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve mandatory 24 hours in jail. Bench warrant ordered for failure to appear at court. Fine set at $606.
Nichelle Smith, 48, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case remanded to files in consideration of guilty plea of Troy Washington, who had earlier stated he took responsibility.
Davina L. Hyder, 26, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $493.
Colton R. Prescott, 31, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $393.
