FERRIDAY — A memorial service for Elizabeth “Faye” Fletcher, 69, who died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2015, at Riverland Medical Center, in Ferriday, after a long fight with cancer, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at her residence, 330 Traxler Road in Ferriday. Casual attire.
Arrangements are under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mrs. Fletcher was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Fletcher Sr.; her parents, Harvey and Dorothy Kelley; one daughter, Kendall Marie Forman; one sister, Opal Cotten Mullins; one brother, Kenneth Kelley; and her significant other, Albert “T-Bud” McClure.
Survivors include two daughters, Krista Evans and husband, Robert, of Sicily Island and Kelley Hardie of Birmingham, Ala.; six grandchildren, Shane and Chris McClure, Kallen Carter and wife, Bailey, Jamison Tyler Forman, Amanda Nicole Forman and Emily McClure Thornhill; five great-grandchildren; her longtime companion, Michael Ratcliff; her stepfather, Lonnie Doyle Kelley; and a number of friends and relatives.
Special thanks to Michael Ratcliff, Robert Evans, Tyler Forman, the staff of Camellia Hospice, Dr. Jack Rodriguez and staff, and the nursing staff at Riverland Medical Center for the special care given to her while there.
