NATCHEZ — Services for Lois Stephens, 86, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, at Adams County Nursing Home, will be 2 p.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Ratcliff officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Stephens was born Jan. 1, 1930, in Eupora, the daughter of John Kelsey Miller and Margaret Youngblood Miller.
She retired from Jordan Auto Company as a bookkeeper .
Mrs. Stephens was a member of the First Baptist Church of Natchez where she was pre-school coordinator for a number of years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She also enjoyed working with ceramics with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 60 years, Curtis Stephens.
Survivors include one daughter, Debbie Fuller and husband, Kim; two sons, Sonny Stephens and wife, Becky, and Wade Stephens and wife, Kim; seven grandchildren, Lori Anne Coffey and husband, Ty, of Birmingham, Ala., Sara Beth Fuller and Kelsey Roberts and husband, Graham, all of Natchez, Sandy Cunningham and husband, Tim, of Brookhaven, Brad Stephens and wife, Kerri, of Madisonville, La., Whitney Roberts of Hattiesburg and Taylor Jordan of Jackson; and five great- grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ty Coffey, Graham Roberts, Brad Stephens, Tim Cunningham and John Miller.
