LELAND — Graveside services for David Ray Nolan, 83, of Jonesville, who died Sunday, March 5, 2017, at St. Francis Cabrini Medical Center, in Alexandria, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, at New Pine Cemetery with Ron Ferrington officiating.
Burial will be under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home of Jonesville.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home in Jonesville.
Mr. Nolan was born April 2, 1933, the son of David Edger Nolan and Delia Williams Nolan.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bessie Nolan; two sisters, Reba Allen and Laura Nolan.
Survivors include one son, William D. Nolan of Natchez; one daughter, Judy Arnold of Smithdale; two grandsons, Pierce Arnold and William David Nolan II; granddaugther, Angeline Ratcliff and husband, Rob, of Summit; two brothers, Ralph Nolan and wife, Glenda, of Sicily Island and Bill Nolan and wife, Carrie Mae, of Jonesville; sister, Rita Crooks and husband, Johni, of Shreveport; six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
Pallbearers will be Rob Ratcliff, Pierce Arnold, Kris Bath and David Steele.
