Lakendrick L. Jefferson, 32, 327 Loomis St., Clayton, on a charge of disturbing the peace (simple drunk). Released on a $350 bond.

William Hunter Norris, 23, 90 West Blvd., Roxie, on charges of improper lane usage and driving while intoxicated (second offense). Released on a $2,706 bond.
