GLOSTER — Services for Ruby Eileen Ferrebee, 72, a lifelong resident of Crosby, who died Sunday, April 30, 2017, at her residence, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bernard Waites officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ferrebee was born June 19, 1944, in Crosby, the daughter of William Walton Arnold and Eunice Irene Sturdivant Arnold.
She was supervisor of security at a number of plywood and pulpwood plants in the area.
Mrs. Ferrebee was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Arlee Arnold and Jackie Arnold; and one sister, Verna Mae Harveston.
Survivors include two sons, Earl Ferrebee Jr. and wife, Shannon, and Bruce Dendy and wife, Rhonda; four grandchildren, Zachary Ferrebee and wife, Victoria, Hunter Ferrebee, Wyatt Ferrebee and Samantha Ferrebee; two step-grandchildren, Chris Accardo and Haley Bourgoyne and husband, Jared; and a number of nieces and nephews.
