NATCHEZ — Services for Robert Earl Wright, 65, of New Orleans, who died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017, at Touro Infirmary in New Orleans, will be 11 a.m. today at Marshall Funeral Home Natchez Chapel.    

Burial will follow at Rowan Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mr. Wright was born April 4, 1952, in Natchez, the son of George and Susie Wright.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Catherine Calhoun; and two brothers, George Wright Jr. and Ralph Wright.

Survivors include one daughter, Taunya V. Dixon; seven sisters, Mary Lee Hunt, Rebecca Wright, Agnes Mayberry, Suewilla Woodfork, Katie Butler, Hattie Brown and Pinkie Miller; one brother, Americus Wright; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
