Mr. David A. Cothren and Ms. Frances Burns of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Claire Profilet Cothren to Eustace Harold Winn IV, son of Dr. and Mrs. Eustace Harold Winn III of Greenville.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Cathedral High School and a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor of science in interior design. She is also a graduate of the University of Georgia with a master’s degree in historic preservation. She is employed by Waycaster and Associates in Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Howard Paul Cothren, the late Mr. Howard Cothren and the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick P. Burns Sr., all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of The McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tenn., and the University of Mississippi with a bachelor of business administration in marketing. He is employed by Winn Land Management and The Burrus Foundation. He is the grandson of the late Dr. and Mrs. Eustace Harold Winn Jr., of Greenville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hilliard Lawler Jr., of Rosedale.

The wedding will be 5 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at Grace Episcopal Church in Rosedale. A reception will be 5:30 p.m. at The Burrus House in Benoit.
