NATCHEZ — Visitation for Louisa Davis Ellison, 78, of Woodville, who died Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017, at Meadville Convalescent Home, will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday at Marshall Funeral Home Natchez Chapel.
A launching of balloons memorial will immediately follow the visitation Friday at Duncan Park.
Arrangements are under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Ms. Ellison was born June 9, 1939, in Woodville, the daughter of Leonard Hollomon Sr. and Hattie Hollomon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Ellison; one son, James Hollomon; and three sisters, Nancy Johnson, Willie Mae Bibbins and Essie Myles
Survivors include three children, Donnie Davis and wife, Felecia, and Jennifer Ellison, all
of Natchez, and Stacia Williams and husband, Keith, of Clinton; three sisters, Annie Lee Groom and Mary Scott of Woodville, and Debra Hollomon of Houston; one brother, Leonard Hollomon Sr. and wife, Beverly, of Woodville; 14 grandchildren, Gené Sampson, Jessica Sampson, RaShaun Davis, Marina Davis, Donnie Davis, Margarite Davis, Faith Davis, Joseph Johnson, Zachary Matlock, Anastacia Ellison, J-Quarm Ellison, ShuNaiqua Ellison, Mar’Tia Boston and Dawain Strauder; four great-grandchildren, Kalin Washington, A’Dream Ellison, Terry Tyler and Ja’Mari Boston-Jackson; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
