NATCHEZ — Less than four hours after the Adams County Sheriff’s Office sought information from the public on a missing 25-year-old woman Friday, Sheriff Travis Patten said she was been found alive.
The sheriff had sought information on Taylor Autumn McGlothin, who had reportedly been missing for about a week, Patten said. The sheriff’s office sent out the missing person notification on its tips411 app at 1:13 p.m. Friday.
Patten said her parents had been concerned about her and they reached out to the sheriff’s office for help locating her.
“I want to tell the public thanks for their assistance in this manner,” Patten said at approximately 5 p.m. “(Her parents) just called crying, thanking us for the assistance.”
McGlothin’s parents believed her to be missing but she was found safe in the Cloverdale area with her fiancé. She was brought to the sheriff’s office.
