Logansport 41, Block 7

JONESVILLE — After a sluggish start, Logansport High School took control of the game with a 26-point second quarter as the Tigers remained undefeated with a 41-6 win over the Block High School Bears in LHSAA District 3-1A action Friday night.

Logansport (8-0, 4-0), ranked No. 1 in the LSWA Class 1A poll and No. 6 in the Class 1A power ratings, was only up 7-6 at the end of the first quarter before going off in the second quarter.

Block (1-7, 1-3) plays at district newcomer University Academy of Cenla at 7 p.m. next Friday.
