NATCHEZ — Services for Ronnie James Webster, 59, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Natchez, who died Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Christian Hope Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. John Scott Jr. officiating.    

Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4:30 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Webster was born Nov. 17, 1958, in Natchez, the son of Louis Webster and Theresa Glasper.

He received his education through the Natchez Adams School District.

Ronnie was baptized at an early age and was a member of the Greater Moncriet Baptist Church in Jacksonville.

He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Andrew Glasper; and one sister, Sharon Webster Warner.

Survivors include one brother, Louis Webster Jr.; five sisters, Doris Webster, Shirley Fair, Louise Barnes, Brenda Washington and Andrea Glasper; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
