Senior Trooper Wayne Taylor from the Louisiana State Police works the scene of an overturned 18-wheeler on La. 15 three miles south of the Sydney Murray Hydroelectric Plant at the southern end of Concordia Parish. The one vehicle accident occurred at 9:43 a.m.. A hazardous materials team was called to the scene to inspect any spills from the trucks cargo, which was not specified by the state police.
