FERRIDAY — Services for Carl Michael Corley Sr., 64, of Vidalia, who died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, at his residence, will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Miss Lou Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Jeremy Howington officiating.

Burial will follow at Oakley Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the church.

Mr. Corley was born June 18, 1953, in Natchez, the son of Henry Lafayette Corley and Meta Stewart Corley.

He was preceded in death by his father and one son, Carl Michael Corley Jr.

Survivors include his mother of Ferriday; two daughters, Carla Curry and husband, Curtis, of Jonesville, and Christy Staggs and husband, Lee Staggs Jr., of Denham Springs, La.; five grandsons, Chris Morace, Cody Nelson, Caleb Corley, Seth Curry and Lee Staggs III; three granddaughters, Magen Curry, Allie Corley and Anna Corley; nine great-grandchildren, two sisters, Linda Bonnette and husband, Clinton, and Carmel Corley, all of Vidalia; and a special friend, Sonia Ladner of Vidalia.

Pallbearers will be Chris Morace, Cody Nelson, Caleb Corley, Seth Curry, Curtis Curry and Lee Staggs.
