NATCHEZ — Services for Otis Fleming, 78, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, at Merit Health Natchez, will be noon Friday at Webb/Winfield Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Stanton officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Webb/Winfield Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
