Mario Lee Hartwell, 25, found not guilty of possession of a controlled substance – marijuana less than 30 grams Hartwell was found guilty of disorderly conduct — failure to comply with requests of law enforcement officer. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve one day in jail. Fine set at $475.

Curtis Sanders, 43, charged with trespassing. Defense attorney made motion to dismiss after eyewitness not subpoenaed. Sanders was found guilty of disorderly conduct — failure to comply with requests of law enforcement officer. To serve 10 days in jail. Sanders also charged with shoplifting. Defense attorney made motion to dismiss after eyewitness not subpoenaed.

Jamie Andre White, 41, charged with willful trespassing. Case dismissed — victim cannot be served as she has moved and does not answer phone.

Christy Ann Warner, 39, charged with malicious mischief involving property of another. Attorney made motion to remand to files after defendant completed mental health.

Bryan Keith Carroll, 27, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve one day in jail. Fine set at $450 minus $250 cash bond. Must pay a fine of $200. Carroll pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $400.

Travis Owens, 30, pleaded guilty to noise ordinance violation. Fine set at $355.

Tonia N. Robinson pleaded guilty to false pretense. Total fine set at $556.41.

Monique Ellis pleaded guilty to trespassing. Banned from store. Fine set at $355. Okay to do community service.

Christopher Byrd, 27, charged with petit larceny. Case dismissed — victim cannot be found for service.

Ryan Calvin Marvel, 37, pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $550.

Shelley Nicole Varnado, 43, charged with malicious mischief. Case dismissed on motion of defense attorney – victim did not appear – subpoena was mailed; victim lives out of state; trial has been reset twice. Officer not subpoenaed to testify on damages. Varnado also charged with disorderly conduct — disturbing the peace. Motion granted to dismiss both charges.

Gary Lee Knapp, 45, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 60 days to run concurrently in jail. No fine assessed.

Lorenzo Green pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Fine set  at $550. Green pleaded guilty to false identification. Sentenced to 90 days with 89 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve one day in jail. Fine set at $450.

Brittaney Ulrell Bruce, 28, pleaded guilty to amended charge of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $475.

Lakisha Jeshae Holmes, 29, charged with obscene, indecent, annoying, threatening or harassing telephone calls. Case nolle prosse at written request of victim and recommendation of prosecutor.

Kendrick Keshan Smith, 26, found guilty of DUI – operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of other substance. Fine set at $800. Smith, found guilty of controlled substance violations. Fine set at $450. Smith charged with no seat belt. Case dismissed – officer failed to appear at trial on served subpoena. Smith, also charged with improper or expired driver’s license. Case dismissed — officer failed to appear at trial on served subpoena.

Destiny Sherrell Atkins, 29, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana less than 30 grams. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $450.

Bobby Foster, 55, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $450.

Marquita Lashay Smith, 26, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve one day in jail. Banned from store. Fine set at $600 minus $250 cash bond transfer. Must pay a fine of $350. Paid $250 on this date. Must still pay remaining $100 of fine.
