NATCHEZ — Services for Robert Lee Rollins, 73, of Natchez, who died Friday, Jan. 26, 2018, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, will be noon Thursday at George F. West Sr. Memorial Chapel at West Gate Funeral Home with the Rev. LeRoy White officiating.  

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Rollins was born July 19, 1944, in Natchez, the son of King Rollins and Mary Rollins.

He was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran. He was also a member of New Beginnings Missionary Baptist Church where he served as an usher.

Mr. Rollins enjoyed listening to gospel music and watching basketball.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Willie James Rollins and Julie McMorris.

Survivors include his cousins, Lillie Bacon, Janice Bacon West, Harold Bacon, Chelsi West Ohueri and husband, J.M., Gerald Alexander West and Delvon Polk; and other relatives and friends.
