Natchez Garden Club announces tableaux court

NATCHEZ — The Natchez Garden Club has announced its 2018 royal court for the Historic Natchez Tableaux. The court will serve the Natchez Garden Club’s king and queen during their reign in the upcoming Spring Pilgrimage.

Victoria Lee Bradford

Victoria Lee Bradford is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Bradford. She is the granddaughter of Linda Warren of Denver, Colo., and Bobby and Lola Bradford of Olla, La.

Tori is a Cathedral High School graduate class of 2015 and currently attends Northwestern State University majoring in radiologic sciences.

Tori was a member of the Purple Pizazz Pom Line in 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 and a member of Alpha Lamda Delta Honor Society.

Tori enjoys traveling, working out and spending time with family and friends.

Her previous pageant participation includes Little Maypole, Big Maypole, Picnic, Placard Bearer, Polka and 2017 Royal Court.

Caroline Paige Smith

Caroline Paige Smith is the daughter of David R. Smith and the late Krissi Dodd Butler. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry M. Smith of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. Guy Dore of Ferriday.

Caroline is a 2015 graduate of Cathedral High School. She is a 2017 honor graduate of Jones Community College and currently attends the University of Southern Mississippi majoring in education.

Caroline’s previous pageant participation includes Little Maypole, Big Maypole, Virginia Reel, Polka and a bridesmaid in The Wedding.

Ansleigh Thibodeaux

Ansleigh Thibodeaux is the daughter of Dan and Denise Thibodeaux and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ned Thibodeaux and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Floyd.

Thibodeaux graduated from Cathedral High School in 2015 and currently attends Louisiana State University where she is majoring in animal sciences with a concentration in pre-veterinary science. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity where she currently serves on the policy and standards board and as the senior member coordinator, previously served as the homecoming committee chairman, and was chosen as the Golden Dart Girl, which is the most outstanding new member as voted on by the chapter. She is also involved in Les Voyageurs, the group of ambassadors for Louisiana State University’s College of Agriculture, works as an assistant student recruitment coordinator in the College of Agriculture, serves as the Agricultural Student Association vice president, and served as a Gamma Chi recruitment counselor for Panhellenic Council recruitment in the fall of 2017. She enjoys working with animals, reading, drinking coffee, adding to her vinyl record collection and watching 80’s movies with her dad.

Her previous pageant participation includes Big Maypole, The Virginia Reel, The Wedding, Natchez Indians, Polka and 2016 Pilgrimage Garden Club court.

Lauren Abigail Massey

Lauren Abigail Massey is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Massey. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Gill of Brookhaven and Mr. Julian T. Massey, Jr. of Natchez and the late Joyce Massey.

Abby is a 2015 Cathedral High School graduate and currently attends Louisiana State University majoring in communication disorders.

Abby is a member of Kappa Delta sorority where she serves as rituals chair and alumni chair. She is also a member of student government where she serves on the senior staff and is senior advisor to the vice-president. Abby has recently been selected to serve on the Panhellenic Executive Council as head of recruitment counselors. She has also been chosen by her current child language developement professor to be a member of the LSU Language Developement and Disorders Lab as a research assistant.

Abby enjoys singing, music, traveling, running and cheering for the LSU Tigers.

Abby’s previous pageant participation includes Big Maypole, Polka, Picnic, Showboat, Bride of Jefferson Davis in The Wedding, and the 2017 Royal Court.

Katherine McKenzie Milligan

Katherine McKenzie Milligan is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Milligan. She is the granddaughter of Jack Milligan and the late Ann Milligan of Vidalia and Mr. and Mrs. George Bryant of Natchez.

McKenzie is a 2015 Cathedral High School graduate and currently attends the University of Louisiana Monroe majoring in radiologic technology.

She is a member of the Chi Beta Gamma sorority.

McKenzie enjoys playing tennis and spending time with friends and family.

Her previous pageant participation includes Little Maypole, Polka Favor Girl, and Big Maypole.

Ann Mills Ward

Ann Mills Ward is the daughter of Judge and Mrs. George Ward and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Ward of Natchez and the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy Lee Irvin Sr. of Ferriday.

Ann is a 2015 graduate of Trinity Episcopal School and currently attends the University of Mississippi majoring in integrated marketing communications.

Ann is a member of the Chi Omega Sorority and is on the Chi Omega Social Committee.

Ann enjoys singing.

Her past pageant participation includes Little Maypole, Big Maypole, Flower Girl in The Wedding, Junior Bridesmaid in The Wedding, Bride in The Wedding, Picnic, Indian in Raising of the Flag, Polka, Can Can and Court.

Generals

Richard Hiller Conn

Richard Hiller Conn is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Garry D. Conn. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Netterville, Mr. Maxie K. Ingle, the late Mrs. Ingle and the late Mr. D.W. Conn.

Richard is a 2017 graduate of Wilkinson County Christian Academy and currently attends Northwest Mississippi Community College majoring in business management.

While attending Adams County Christian School Richard was the sophomore class president and attended Youth Leadership Natchez 2016.

Richard enjoys golf, boating, fishing, and hunting.

His past pageant participation includes Little Maypole, Pilgrimage Garden Club Page, Big Maypole, Picnic, Soiree’, Flag Runner and Drummer.

William Joseph Foggo

William Joseph Foggo is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Foggo of Brandon. He is the grandson of Mrs. Mary Ann Foggo-Eidt and Mr. Frances Joseph Eidt, Jr., and the late Mr. Henry James Foggo Jr. of Natchez and Altha May Walker and the late Mr. Oliver Edwin Walker of Crystal Springs.

William is a 2017 graduate of St. Joseph Catholic School in Madison and currently attends Mississippi State University and the Bagley College of Engineering as a civil engineering major .

William is an Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a member of Venture Crew, National Honor Society, Knights of Columbus, St. Paul Catholic Church youth band in Flowood and an active member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Youth in Starkville.

William enjoys guitar, traveling, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, water sports and running.

His previous pageant participation includes Polka, NGC General, third generation NGC tableaux participant.

Landon Hunt Havard

Landon Hunt Havard is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Havard. He is the grandson of Vicki and the late Jerry Stowers of Vidalia, Alice and the late Billy Ray Havard of Natchez and the late Phyllis Duncan of Vidalia.

Landon is a 2017 graduate of Cathedral High School and currently attends Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Wesson and will be attending BRCC in Baton, Rouge majoring in Process Technology.

In high school Landon participated in football and baseball.

He enjoys hunting, four-wheeler riding, skeet shooting, and playing the guitar.

His past pageant participation includes Little Maypole, Big Maypole, Picnic, Showboat Wheel Roller, Fisher Boy, British Flag Bearer, Soiree’ and Soiree’ Lead 2016 and 2017.

John Parker Nix

John Parker Nix is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jayson Nix. He is the grandson of Mrs. Audrey Ruth Nix and the late Mr. John D. Nix and Mr. and Mrs. Huey Martin.

John is a 2015 graduate of Adams County Christian School. He attended Copiah Lincoln Community College and currently attends University of Southern Mississippi majoring in exercise science.

He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa fraternity.

John enjoys hunting, fishing, playing guitar and singing.

His past pageant participation includes Indian, Soiree’ and Soiree’ Sweatheart.

Joseph Anthony Russell

Joseph Anthony Russell is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Russell of Maurice, La., and Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Shaifer of Natchez. He is the grandson of Virgil Bolyer and Charlotte Britt of Natchez.

He is a 2017 graduate of North Vermillion High School and currently attends the University of Louisiana Lafayette majoring in kinesiology with a concentration in physical therapy.

Joey is a member of the Kinesiology Professional Association.

He enjoys physique bodybuilding, hunting, working on his truck, watching Ole Miss sports, and spending time with family and friends.

His past pageant participation includes Soiree’.

Evan Blake Webber

Evan Blake Webber is the son of Tatia S. Webber and ance Charles Vail and Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Webber. He is the grandson of Mrs. Linda Shirley and the late Mr. Robert Shirley of Vidalia, Mr. Clyde Ray Webber and the late Gwendolyn Hu Webber of Ferriday.

Evan is a 2015 graduate of Cathedral High School. He attended Louisiana State University at Alexandria and Copiah Lincoln Community College and will be attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge,  majoring in marketing and management.

Evan is a member of the LSUA Rodeo Team. He loves outside activities including hunting, fishing, spending time with friends at the lake and attending LSU football games.

His past pageant participation includes Little Maypole, Ring Bearer in The Wedding, Big Maypole, Virginia Reel in The Picnic, Wheel Roller and Fisher Boy in The Showboat, Polka, Soiree’ and Lead Soiree’.

Adele Katherine Middleton

Miss Adele Katherine Middleton is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wesley “Wes” Middleton III. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wesley “Jake” Middleton, Jr.; Mr. Bubba Hinson; Ms. Linda Middleton; and Mr. Richard Michael “Mike” Biglane, all of Natchez; Mr. and Mrs. Rossi Copeland of Ferriday.

Miss Adele is currently a kindergarten student at Cathedral Elementary School and enjoys gymnastics, ballet, and tennis. For several years, she has participated in the Little Maypole of the Historic Natchez Tableaux.

Sterling Garner Gay

Sterling Garner Gay is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Gay. He is the grandson of Doug Netterville, Sr., Clayton Gay and the late Althea Gay all of Natchez. He has one sibling, Grayson, 9.

Garner is currently a kindergarten student at Cathedral Elementary School. He enjoys Dixie Youth Baseball and AYA soccer. He also enjoys playing with friends, jumping on the trampoline, shing and going to the hunting camp on Glasscock Island. During his previous tableaux invlovement, while doing Little Maypole at age 3, Garner said he would rather be a “pirate” and carry a a sword than be a “maypoler” so he is looking forward to serving as Page this year. Garner’s past pagent participation includes Little Maypole.

James Edward Brown

James Edward Brown is the son of Mr. and Mrs James Brown. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Bradford and Mrs. and Mrs. Paul Thimmesch. He has a one sibling, Julia Whitney.

James is currently a kindergarten student at Cathedral Elementary School in Mrs. Baroni’s class.

James plays T-ball in the summer and is a third year member of Children’s Prep Music Studio. He also enjoys drawing, playing Minecraft, going to the beach in the summer with his Mimi and Pappy, and spending time with his Maw Maw and Paw Paw at their pond, feeding the sh and turtles.

James’ previous pageant participation includes Little Maypole for the past 3 years. Although he will miss joining in the Little Maypole this year, he is extremely excited about serving as page in the 2018 Natchez Garden Club Tableaux.

Audrey Elizabeth Janette

Audrey Elizabeth Janette is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Luke Janette. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Ball, Mr. Ken Janette and the late Ann Janette and the late Laura Lynn Byrne Lund all of Natchez.

Audrey is currently a kindergarten student at Cathedral Elementary School.

She served as mascot at Cathedral School’s Homecoming. She is a member of St. Mary Basicila, attends Middleton School of Dance and Natchez Gymnastics.

Audrey enjoys cheering and tumbling.

Her past pageant participation includes Little Maypole.
