The dispatcher listed several locations, including both ends of West Stiers Lane and Daisy Street.

Shots fired reports were investigated just past midnight Monday morning on West Stiers Lane and at approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday on Daisy Street.

One of the shots reportedly came through a home where two adults, their seven children and two grandchildren live.

The homeowner, who asked not to be named in this article, pointed to the bullet hole in the window of his home.

“Just a little while ago my grandbaby was sitting right there,” he said.

The man said he told his grandchild to get up and go to bed just minutes before the shot came through the window.

No one in the home was injured.

“This could have been so much worse,” he said. “They are all really shaken up.”

Police are investigating the incident and had made no arrests by 9:30 p.m. Monday.
