NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Anna Laura Ring, 49, of Denver, who died Thursday, March 8, 2018, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Natchez City Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Kunnumpuram officiating.

Anna Laura was born Aug. 14, 1968, in Natchez, the daughter of Joseph J. Ring III and Sis Rexinger Cutrer.

She was a graduate of Cathedral High School in Natchez and Ole Miss in Oxford. She loved making jewelry and creating art. She will be remembered for her generous heart, knack for finding the perfect gift and her outrageous sense of humor.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J. Ring III and Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Cutrer of Natchez; one son, Leo Zachary Putnam of New York, N.Y.; three sisters, Sally Ring and husband, Chris Wooldridge of Houston, Janie Ring Wells and wife, Thera Freeman of Snowmass, Colo., and Mary Ellen Porter and husband, J, of Madison; beloved aunt, Rose, and uncle, Doc, Godfrey of Natchez; one uncle, Bub Rexinger and wife, Jane, Venice, Fla.; three nephews, Dominic Wooldridge, Lucas Wooldridge and Joseph Porter IV; and two nieces, Sarah Chase Porter and Juliana Wooldridge.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you hug your family and friends a little tighter, and extend kindness to those you may not always understand.
