ERVINVILLE, La. — Services for Wilfred Dennis Fleming, 83, a native of Natchez, who died Sunday, April 8, 2018, in Houston, will be Saturday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 3912 Gus Young Ave., in Baton Rouge.   

Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Arrangements are under the direction of Desselle Funeral Home in Baton Rouge.

Mr. Fleming was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired guidance counselor at Belaire High School in Baton Rouge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard P. Fleming Sr. and Lucille Fleming; his wife, Irma R. Fleming; one stepson, Craig White; and two brothers, Leonard P. Fleming and Eugene A. Fleming.

Survivors include three sisters, Geraldine F. Floyd of Natchez, Dorothy F. Christopher and husband, Harold, and Lucille F. Brown and husband, Jacques; two stepsons, Kerry Fleet and wife, Ester, and Thomas Roach; five step-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
