FERRIDAY — Services for Dannie Lee Curry, 61, of Alexandria, La., formerly of Ferriday, who died at his residence, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Mount Beulah Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Justin Conner officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery with military honors, under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Curry was born in Ferriday, the son of Herman Curry Sr. and Willie Mae Coleman Curry.
He was an honorable discharged veteran of the U.S. Army.
Curry was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother of Ferriday; six brothers; five sisters; and a number of other family, friends and loved ones.
