Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Jackson Lewis of Woodville announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Emily Holliday Lewis to Kyle Adam Hill, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Keith Hill of Lucedale.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wilkinson County Christian Academy and Louisiana State University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and Delta Delta Delta sorority. She received a Bachelor of Arts, graduating cum laude, in communication sciences and disorders from LSU and furthered her education in physician assistant studies at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, where she received a Master of Science in health sciences. She is employed as a physician assistant in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans.
She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John South Lewis of Woodville, the late Mrs. Elise Catchings Rouprich of Baton Rouge, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Franklin Catchings of Woodville, and the late Mr. Stanley Joseph Rouprich, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Michael Rouprich of McDonoghville, La.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of George County High School and received a Bachelor of Science in international business from the University of Southern Mississippi, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. He continued his education at University of Louisiana-Lafayette where he received a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering. He is employed by Engineering and Inspection Services LLC in New Orleans.
He is the grandson of Mrs. John Gilbert Hill of Moss Point and the late Mr. Hill. His mother is the former Linda Sue Weeks of Lucedale, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie Ephriam Weeks.
The wedding will be 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Woodville.
A reception will follow at Hope Hill, the country home of the bride.
