MONTEREY — Services for Dwane Smalling, 69, of Monterey, who died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018, in Alexandria, La., will be 10 a.m. today at Monterey First Baptist Church with the Rev. John Rushing and the Rev. Tony Ganey officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
