VIDALIA — Heavy rains in recent weeks prevented Concordia Parish road workers from digging culverts along Forest Road.

Members of the Concordia Parish Police Jury hosted a brief discussion of the issue during Monday’s regularly scheduled meeting after District 3A Juror Adam Probst asked why the work had not been completed.
