NATCHEZ—  Services for Melvin “Melbo” Wallace, 57, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, July 3, 2019, in Natchez, will be noon Saturday at Southwood Lodge Baptist Church with the Rev. Tracy Cusic officiating.   
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mr. Wallace was born Sept. 4, 1961, the son of Herbert Wallace Sr. and Hazel Winfield Lee.
He was a graduate of North Natchez High School and was employed by Louisiana Elastomer LLC.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Survivors include his wife, Glories Carradine Wallace; his mother; four sons, Kendrick Carradine Sr, and wife, Laronica, James and Jamon Williams and Jamara Carradine; two daughters, Kenricka Williams and Jamesia Williams; four brothers, Herbert Wallace Jr.,  Kenneth Dunlap and wife, LaWanda, Troy Dunlap and Vince Wallace and wife, Edna; four sisters, Betty Cusic and husband, Tracy, Lou Dessa Adams and husband, Billy, Dons Brown-Neal and husband, Richard, and Opal Pinkney; and grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
