NATCHEZ – A hole-in-one may be amazing. Two hole-in-ones on the same green on the same day are awesome said Beau Pré Country Club Golf Pro David Meyer.

Two local golfers hit a hole in one on the course’s hole No. 13 three hours apart Tuesday, Meyer said.

Charles Schibler hit a hole-in-one on hole No. 13 with a Pitching Wedge from 90-yards away. Witnesses were Phillip Letard and Dr. Gerald Delaune. This was Schibler’s third career hole-in-one.

Three hours later Beau Doughty hit his first hole-in-one on hole No. 13 with an 8-Iron from 180-yards away. There were no witnesses to this hole-in-one, Meyer said.

Tuesday’s achievements add to an amazing month filled with hole-in-ones at the country club. In September, there have been a total of four hole-in-ones at the club.
