TALLULAH, La. — Kobe Dillon accounted for 250 total yards of offense and four total touchdowns as the Class 2A No. 4 Ferriday High School Trojans shut out the Madison Parish High School Jaguars 60-0 Friday night to remain undefeated in LHSAA District 2-2A.
Dillon completed 10 of 16 passes for 216 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions. He also ran for 34 yards and one touchdown on just three carries.
“We came out and did our job for the most part,” Ferriday head coach Stanley Smith said. “We overcame some adversity. We had a lot of penalties. We’ve got some mistakes we need to clean up.”
The Trojans also lost two fumbles in the red zone in the first half that ended potential scoring drives. The second one that Madison Parish (0-6, 0-3) recovered was returned all the way to the Trojans’ 17-yard-line. But the Jaguars’ only true scoring threat was halted by a Damion Milligan interception.
