I am writing this letter of reference for Valencia Hall, who is running for Natchez alderwoman in ward 1.

I have known Valencia and her family for nearly my entire life. I know her to be honest, strong, independent and dependable.

Valencia has been active in many facets of the Natchez community for years. I know that she has been especially involved with Holy Family Catholic Church and School, as well as St. Mary Basilica and Cathedral School.

I feel strongly that if she were elected to the position of alderwoman in ward 1, she would be an asset to the board. I am certain that she would make fair decisions for the community based on the facts placed in front of her.

I am proud to know Valencia and I consider her a friend.
