CHURCHILL — Graveside services for Mr. Will T. Woods, 70, of Churchill, MS who passed away Saturday, June 14, 2020, at Merit Health Natchez was held on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at 11 AM at Milford Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.

Will T. Woods was born on February 12, 1950, to Rosie Lee Rice Woods and Roberts Woods Sr. He accepted Christ as his savior and joined Milford Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Eddie Alsworth.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Roberts Woods Sr., Grandparents Floyd & Annie Smith Rice, and Olivia & Edgar Woods; four brothers, Larry D. Woods, Edgar Woods, Jessie Pollard, and Ernest Johnson, and his Godmother Jessie Morgan.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted Mother Rosie Lee Rice Woods of Natchez, MS, two daughters, Vanessa (Stephen) Piper all of Natchez, MS; and Sherry (Phillip) Norman of Churchill, MS., three sons Jackie Selmon of Fayette,, MS, Tremaine (Karen) Proby and Efrem Winston of Natchez, MS; three sisters; Vergie Montgomery of Natchez, MS, Audrey Woods of Kenner, LA; and Gladys Fleming of Baton Rouge, LA; four brothers Andrew (Alma) Woods, Emmitt (Mary Ethel) Woods, Albert (Mary) Woods, all of Natchez, MS and Robert (Lee) Woods Jr of Tupelo, MS; five Aunts Edna Harper of Kenner, LA; Florida (Randolph) Anthony of La place, LA; Eugenia Lewis, Dora Stanton and Velma McCrainey all of Natchez, MS.  One Uncle Roosevelt Woods of Natchez, MS; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
