NATCHEZ — There will be a tornado siren testing beginning at noon Thursday, June 24, in Adams County, emergency officials said.

Emergency Management Liaison Officer Neifa Hardy advised residents of Adams County not to be alarmed if they hear the sirens go off Thursday, as it is only a test.

Siren testing is performed regularly to ensure that they are in proper working order, Hardy said.
