NATCHEZ — The sound of drums and song rings out from the Natchez Bluff as the Natchez Powwow begins with visitors from all round the nation. Festivities began Saturday morning with a gourd dance and will continue with a Grand Entry ceremony for intertribal dancers and and evening dance performed from 6-9 on the bluff.
There is no fee for admission.
