NATCHEZ – Charles Thomas “Tom” Haile, 77, of Mandeville, LA passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, from multiple myeloma.

Tom is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Riordan Haile; his children, Andrew (Jennifer) of Madison, MS, Brandon (Kerri) of Gulfport, MS, Caitlin Haile Stallone of New Orleans, LA, and John Griffin (Alex) of Covington, MS; grandchildren, Ali Haile, Judson Haile, Benjamin Thompson Haile, and Premo Stallone. He is also survived by his brother, John Mumford Haile, of San Luis Obispo, CA.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Maureen and Charles Haile of Natchez.

Tom battled multiple myeloma for over 15 years while finishing his career as a marine surveyor. He attended the University of Mississippi in Oxford and remained an avid Ole Miss fan throughout his life.

Many thanks to the caring staff of Mary Bird Cancer Center in Covington, The Myeloma Institute at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas, and St. Tammany Parish Hospital and Hospice Care.

Tom will be laid to rest in his hometown of Natchez at the Natchez City Cemetery on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024.
