NATCHEZ — A Dumas Drive shooting injured one person and killed another on Wednesday evening.

The shooting occurred sometime before 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Natchez Police Chief Cal Green said after the initial investigation it appeared that both victims had been shooting at each other. The injured party had been taken to the hospital. Neither identity has been released as the investigation continues.
