NATCHEZ – Funeral services for George Thompson III, 59, of Natchez, who passed away on Dec. 24, 2024, will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025, at the Marshall Funeral Home chapel in Natchez at 11 a.m. with Pastor Joe Pickett officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation services will be held on Monday, Jan. 13, 2025, from 3 until 5 p.m. at the Marshall Funeral Home chapel and on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025, from 10 a.m. until the service time.

George, affectionately known as “Bo Pig,” was born on Aug. 22, 1965, in Natchez, to Cattie Mae and George Thompson Jr.
